Maintain is not responsible for handling cancellations or refunds. These must be managed directly between you and the client.

You must maintain all necessary licenses, certifications, and insurance required to provide your services. You agree to provide proof of these upon request.

Maintain reserves the right to remove your listing or terminate your account if you fail to comply with licensing or regulatory requirements.

5. Provider Conduct

You agree to provide services in a professional, ethical, and respectful manner, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of all clients.

You will not engage in any conduct that could harm the reputation of Maintain or its users.

You must handle client information with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with all applicable data protection laws.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You grant Maintain a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your business name, logo, and other related content on the platform for promotional purposes.

All content you provide must be accurate and free from intellectual property infringement. You are responsible for any claims arising from the use of such content.

7. Termination
