    Leslie Sewell

    Previously, she was an emergency department nurse, served as a nursing supervisor over a 286- bed hospital, and an adjunct instructor for an associate degree program at Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College. Leslie is a Certified Emergency Nurse, holds a certificate in complementary and integrative health, a certification in clinical aromatherapy, is a certified kinesiology taping practitioner, and is also certified in dry needling and spinal manipulation. In the past few years, she has added additional services and areas of interest to provide a variety of treatment options outside of the traditional medical model for her patients. These additional services include medical weight loss, regenerative medicine, men and women’s hormone replacement, Botox, IV vitamin infusions and injectables.

    In Leslie’s free time, she enjoys an active lifestyle, outdoor activities, and spending time with her family. Leslie is a single mom, aiming for a work/life balance. She believes that taking care of your body both inside and out is important for overall health and wellness.

    Leslie graduated with a post-master certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Kaplan University in 2015. She has been working in the Summerville area in private practice since graduation seeing a variety of patients across the lifespan. Leslie obtained an Associate Degree in Nursing in 2008, Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 2010, a Master of Science of Nursing Education in 2014. She has also completed a Diploma in Osteopractic in 2020 from the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy, a Certificate in Advanced Pelvic Health in 2022 from Evidence in Motion and a Certification in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound from the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy in 2024.
