Meaghan is a board certified, primary care Nurse Practitioner. She completed her undergraduate degrees at the University of Rhode Island, receiving bachelor degrees in Nursing and Psychology. She went on to work as a Registered Nurse at Rhode Island Hospital for several years before pursuing her masters degree in Nursing at Seton Hall University. She graduated as a Primary Care Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner and is Board Certified.
Meaghan is also Adjunct Faculty at Yale School of Nursing, Regis School of Nursing, and Endicott School of Nursing. She also frequently precepts Nurse Practitioner students from Duke University, University of Rhode Island, Rhode Island College, and several other schools.
