She also serves as a Professor of Surgery at Augusta University and is an active member of many local and national professional organizations, including the American Society of Cosmetic Surgeons.
She has served as the co-founder of IBI HealthCare Institute for the past 13 years and founded SurgiCare Arts & Aesthetics in 2017, where she specializes in surgical and cosmetic procedures that enhance the natural beauty of her patients. She is an expert in breast augmentation, breast reductions, mastopexy, face and neck lifts, fat transfer, Brazilian butt lift, liposuction, and is one of the nation’s specialists in lateral thighplasty. Dr. Angelina uses her special blend of precise surgical technique and artistry to provide her patients with the aesthetically pleasing and natural-looking results they are looking for.
Drawing from her diverse and rich European Jewish heritage and her roots in Moscow, Dr. Angelina is one of only a few cosmetic surgeons in Atlanta who can communicate effortlessly in both English and Russian. Dr. Angelina collaborates with her husband and business partner, Dr. A. Christopher Ibikunle, MD, FACS, who is the CEO and founder of IBI HealthCare Institute. Together, they have not only built successful medical practices that offer the highest quality of care, but they have also founded a non-profit that gives back to their local community. The couple has two children and resides in the Atlanta area.

Dr. Angelina Postoev received her undergraduate degree at Ohio State University and then later graduated from Ross University School of Medicine in the top five percent of her class. Her residency was completed at the esteemed Cleveland Clinic Foundation, which is one of the top-ranked hospitals in the nation. She holds triple board certifications through the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and the American College of Surgery and possesses extensive training and experience in general, cosmetic, and critical care surgery.
