Dr. Kieliszak completed dual Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Chemistry and Applied Mathematics from the University of Rochester, followed by medical school training In Long Island, NY, at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency surgical training in Otolaryngology Head and Neck surgery at the OhioHealth system in Columbus Ohio. From there he went on to complete fellowship training in the prestigious American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery Fellowship program in Silicon Valley, California. He also completed an executive MBA degree while working full time as a physician.
