Dr. Gerrit Schipper
Dr. Schipper is a Gynecologist serving the areas of Urbana, Mount Airy and Frederick, Maryland. Dr. Schipper identified his passion for laser and aesthetic services five years ago with the addition of Mona Lisa Touch to his Medical Practice. Dr. Gerrit Schipper has continued education in the aesthetic industry to help support the staff of Transformed to best serve their clients.
During his medical training, Dr. Schipper studied the fields of obstetrics and gynecology in detail. Dr. Schipper has extensive training and experience in pelvic floor disorder and treatment. Dr. Schipper has completed multiple levels of laser physics training and certifications. Dr. Schipper’s personal interests include travel, Latin America, and agriculture.

Before beginning his career in Maryland, Dr. Schipper attended the Universidad Autonoma De Guadalajara in Zapopan, Mexico. He graduated from university in 1979 and obtained his medical degree from the Track V Program at the University of Maryland Medical School. Dr. Schipper completed both his internship and residency at South Baltimore General Hospital. He is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
